Sure Electric was listed as a certified installer on the Tesla website. We contacted them and one other company for quotes to install a Wall Connector in our garage.
We went with Sure Electric for their better pricing and the numerous positive reviews they received for EV charger installation.
On the scheduled day, we were expecting Johnny for the install since he was mentioned in a number of the EV charger reviews . Instead Steve showed up and he was awesome. Steve was courteous, professional and informative. He did a great job and cleaned up neatly. We got our Tesla a few days later, plugged in the connector, and voila - everything worked smoothly. So here is a shoutout to Steve!
We will definitely keep Sure Electric in mind for future needs.

I have a contract with American Water Company and Sure Electric was sent to me by them. I hardly put bad reviews because I, myself, owned a business for 40 years, and I know that things happen. If, at the end, issue is fixed, then all is good. However, these people are not to be trusted by Ameican Water nor its clients. They calculate to see how they can squeeze more easy money from American Water, they don't want to do big jobs (maybe their deal with American Water is only profitable with small jobs) and they are very rude. My story is a long one, and I don't have the time to get into the details of what happened. But I will say they are shady, not to be trusted, unprofessional, and rude. They went to my house twice, didn't fix the problem, never explained what was wrong, and refused to go back because "they needed someone who spoke English there." And left the house with all lose electrical connections, and the poor people have been there without heat for 10 days. The only thing I can think of is that the job was going to be too big and they didn't want to do it because they have a deal with the contract company that wouldn't pay them enough. I do not recommend them.
Response to your response. You know I have insisted on talking to the technician so that he can explain to me what is wrong with the electricity. THEY REFUSED TO TALK TO ME, THE OWNER, AND TELL ME WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE ELECTRICITY. I still don't know what is wrong with it. You don't want to tell me what is wrong with the electricity but you want to be able to tell the tenant? Does that make sense? On top of you being shady, you are right-out liars. You were counting on me not going to go to be present because you picked up from our many conversations that I work and when you finally saw that I was going to be there you flat right out told me that you were not going to go do the work. And this is after you screwed up bc the only thing wrong was a switch not working and when you left you all is going haywire.
