These guys are scam artists, please don't use. My family paid a lot of money to have some pretty basic work done repairing our front steps. They came out and did a horrible job, the work was uneven, discolored and they broke the railings along the steps. They promised to complete the necessary fixes and then ghosted us for months. When I finally got the owner on the phone, he threatened me. I told him we were suing him and he seemed unfazed. Guess he hears that a lot. Services: Concrete footings, Concrete sidewalk building

Totoro Concrete are scam artists. They took our money and never finished the job. We made multiple attempts to contact them to complete the job to no avail. They left us with no front steps for weeks when they ensured us the job would be done in one day. They make excuses after excuses and then they just dont respond back. When they finally responded to our call, they said they would not be returning. When we told them of our intent to sue, they were fine with that. They were given $2000 upfront, and never returned. Please see the attached pictures as evidence of what we were left with. Dont hire this company unless you want to lose money, time and your sanity. BUYERS BEWARE. Service: Concrete resurfacing
