        For TY2016, one of the professionals wrongly filed for an education credit I didnt qualify for. When the IRS sought payment from me, I reached out to the professional as to why the credit was filed for without my knowledge or permission. The professional gaslighted me even though he admitted to never receiving a 1098-T, which is standard practice to have before filing for the credit. When I pointed this out, he stopped responding to me leaving me to pay the large tax debt to the IRS. Id advise you to get your taxes done elsewhere. You dont want to be surprised by the IRS down the line to pay a large sum to the IRS due to this companys negligence.
