Ani Ramen House

Ive been to a few Ani Ramen locations and went to the Maplewood location today. Unlike many of the others, this location was less busy and parking was easy. Tommy was my server, and he was great. Super attentive and communicative without being over bearing. He was very sweet and obviously cared. Food was better than I remembered. The tofu in the Ani salad was cut thick and was crunchy and flavorful unlike the last few times Ive had it. The short rib ramen special was also better than I remembered. Short rib was flavorful, tender and sliced thickly.

The waiter Thomas was a solid guy. His shift leader John was a cool guy. They served us well as well. I wouldn't going back enjoy the food again.

Tommy was the best waiter, John was also great. Tommy gave excellent service and helped with meal selection. Me and my older brother Johnny were new to the ramen world. He showed us that the beef ramen selection was a favorite at the restaurant. We left full and waiting to come back for some more of the great food. Thanks Tommy and John

Tommy was an amazing server, this is a must go place. This is such a chill spot to eat.
