As first time home-buyers, we had lots of questions throughout the entire process. Jasmine was very patient with us and walked us through each step. With every home we looked at together, she demonstrated knowledge in areas in which we were clueless. Jasmine worked at getting to know not just what we wanted, but what we needed for our growing family. Jasmine's guidance in the offer process was spot-on. She is a straight shooter, which we truly appreciated. We're not ones that like things sugar-coated. Jasmine communicates in a timely manner and is flexible in her schedule. When we were unable to make a showing, she was able to record a tour for us. In the long run, we bought through a private sale through a family friend. This was a difficult decision since Jasmine was such an asset to the process. We can't thank her enough for her time and energy!

Absolutely loved workin with Jasmine to purchase our first condo. She listened to all our needs and wants and helped us think through the process in a difficult market. She really opened our eyes to getting the most out of our budget. Will absolutely work with Jasmine again!
