Mike Leonard Home Inspections LLC

Mike is a really nice guy, and it was a pleasure to do business with him. My new home is small and newly built, and he gave it as much attention as I imagine he would have given an older home. He added suggestions to the report which weren't required for inspection but which might benefit from a handyman. In addition, he knocked off some of the price I'd agreed on in writing when he saw how small the home was. I highly recommend Mike--professional and fair.

Mike was incredibly professional, thorough and friendly. He led us through our home inspection and answered every question we had (and there were a lot!). His post-inspection report was detailed to such a degree that it will be serving as the blueprint to our home improvements for the foreseeable future. Thanks, Mike!

Mike was extremely diligent in his home inspection. During the inspection itself, he walked us through every single detail of what he was looking at and what he saw and what it meant. It was very helpful and appreciated that he didn't just do the inspection but made sure we knew and understood what and why he was looking at specific parts of the house. His report was very detailed and extremely useful in the next part of the home buying process and gotten to us in quick fashion. Overall Mike was great to work with and would definitely use him again the future.
