I had 2 bathrooms remodeled . Spent 5 k on plumbing. One of the toilets lid came brokenfrom wayfair . Wayfair wanted to replace the whole toilet . I wanted to go that route but the plumbers insisted the toilet itself was fine and they checked it . I think they just didnt want to come back . Well the toilet was cracked . It leaked . The crack is very noticeable. They want to charge me to install the new one . I feel since the 2 plumbers checked and guaranteed it was fine that I should not have to . I also failed inspection on the other toilet for not being caulked and the office lady argued with me over saying the inspector was wrong . Well also the new contractor to fix up all the failed inspection work of the former contractor said the same . Definitely do not recommend and will never use again Service: Plumbing pipe repair

First class top to bottom! It can be intimidating having to reach out for plumbing services for an issue that you cant work out at home because you hear so many horror stories about people being taken advantage of. This is not one of those businesses and you should hire them without a second thought. Dee was the initial point of contact on the phone and she set up our appointment. She was very pleasant and accommodating to our timely needs. Her communication level throughout the day in regard to appointment time was so considerate and appreciated. Ryan, the plumber who fixed our issue, was so friendly and professional. Explained everything as he did the work and was upfront about expectations and potential options. Fair prices as well which is half the battle when doing business of this sort. Overall 5 stars and this will be my first call should I ever have any plumbing issues in the future.
