Park Crossing

Spent 8 years here and it was absolutely the best living experience Ive had at a single location. I rented both a single bedroom and a townhome over the 8 years and the staff Angelica, Tina and others have made my time with my family and I outstanding. Great value for COL and maintenance was always on top of every request. One included price for everything was very convenient as I didnt have managed several account and fees. If you are looking for peaceful pet friendly home to move or raise your children I definitely recommend Park Crossing !

Ive been here a couple years and its a decent place to live. The neighborhood is well lit and safe. Maintenance doesnt maintain the washers/dryers, its a 3rd party service called Caleco that takes a while to fix things and expects residents to report problems with their machines. The machines also can take up to 20 minutes to connect to so if youre in a rush, dont count on it to work right. You also have to setup an account with them on an app and it costs $1.75 per machine, per use. Also the hot water works when it wants to. To pay rent, you can only pay by check. There is NO online payment method. This isnt that big of an issue but I wanted to give any possible new residents the heads up. Today I am really frustrated because I wake up to an employee banging on my door and ringing my door bell. This is in the afternoon and we all work different schedules so that should be respected at your place of residence. Then they call me asking me to move my car and act like its a surprise when Im pissed off. Also they will threaten you to tow your car and charge you for it, if you dont move it when theres snow but then dont provide you with a time frame of when you would need you to move your car. I realize its difficult to plow a lot with so many residents but what about the many cars that seem like theyre abandoned throughout the parking lot with no license plates, expired inspection stickers, or flat tires. Are you going to tow them away and charge the residents since obviously they arent going to move any time soon?
