It's a neat & clean community where elders, kids & ladies can feel super safe it a nice community to stay with family, it has reasonable rental, great leasing office, staff is very hospital, it was a great and hassle free onboarding.

The complex appears very clean and quiet. Sandy is very nice and helpful. Have not seen the actual apartment yet. They have an answering service, which is a nice touch, I have never experienced that before.

I give 5 stars to Pickwick for having curb appeal at their community. I give them 1 star for requiring such highly sensitive personal documents before qualifying you to be a resident; such as requesting drivers license and social security cards as part of the preliminary application which can set you up for identity theft. When I asked Mattie if the documents could be destroyed, she informed me that they hold the information for 7 years Mattie was professional and kind during our conversation. It just causes concern that such personal information is handled in that manner.

Pickwick is a quiet community. The staff as well as the maintenance staff are outstanding. If you have an issue you submit a request/work order and they are on it immediately. The complex is quiet and clean and the grounds are kept immaculate - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Your leasing consultant, Maddie, is a horrible employee who does not know how to speak to others respectfully. I called her on the phone to inquire about the property and she was quite rude. She had an attitude the whole time and kept saying she didn't know; when I asked her another simple question about the property, she just said to look on the website instead of giving an explanation or answering the question. I was very interested in the property, as it seemed beautiful from the outside, but due to Maddie's horrible service on 3/24/23, I have now looked away for good. If you are looking to rent a property, please reconsider if the leasing consultant is not professional like Maddie. As a former leasing consultant myself, I can assure you that her behavior is unacceptable and will not make for a good place to stay for tenants. Maddie needs training if she wants to work as a leasing consultant.
