Terrible Monday morning flat. Said the ride home was short so he didn't charge me. Super friendly guy didn't have to do it. Will definitely be using them going foward

My tire was a total flat. Used my roadside assistance service and Rick's Towing came to the rescue very quickly. Very polite and professional. Worked quickly so I could get back on the road again. Service: Tire change

Horrible customer service. I had initially requested my car to be towed upon the drivers arrival to the scene of the vehicle breakdown. When the dispatcher arrived he disputed my initial attempt of telling him that my car had already been jump started. He proceeded to jump start my vehicle and believed that because it temporarily turned on it was properly functioning. The dispatcher (driver) left the parking lot & proceeded with his day. When it was time for me to leave the parking lot my car shut down yet again. Not only did the truck driver dismiss my initial attempt of letting him know I had already jump started the car. But he also verbally acknowledged that he saw corrosion on my battery & did not proceed with proper caution. I called Ricks Tow Truck in shock that I had to redo my initial request to tow my vehicle. They assisted in getting me a new tow truck driver that was close by. To my disbelief they sent back the exact same man. Not only was this man rude but he completely disregarded the professionalism of his service. He proceeded to take on new clients in the exact same parking lot I was getting my car towed. When I confronted him about his unprofessionalism he proceed to get angry. He began telling me that now I was no longer able to get into his truck & that I could walk to the service station. The driver was somehow insulted by my concern/ need to get my vehicle safely back to a service station. In fact, he felt the need to belittle me in front of his new potential clients. I was left to walk to the service station in 90 degree weather. When I reported the man to Ricks Tow Truck company they brushed it off. Luckily, I recorded the conversation as proof. I was told on the phone to work with the driver & complain to my insurance company. I would highly recommend not to use this company. Service: Special vehicle towing
