Wonderful experience! Due to my work hours, its hard to make appointments but I once I explained my situation they were so accommodating and even stayed after hours to finish my hair. The people that work here are so kind, thoughtful, and full of knowledge. Throughout my appointment I received tips and recommendations for my hair type and I couldnt have been more happy with it. Overall great experience

I did my hair once and and loved it, so I tried to give it a chance and do my nails here. Long story short, I arrived at 4 pm and the lady told me she was not going to be able to assist me because she forgot to put my appointment into her notes and gave someone else my spot She tried to justify by saying that she tried to call me on Friday (once, I work from 3pm-11 pm) she didn't tried to call me again the day of the appointment or message me. So I explained her that this appointment was important because I was going to have an event the next day, and that I had to pay babysitter and my time was counted. This was very frustrating and disappointing because I bearly get time for myself. And it was more than 4pm and no other place was going to be able to assist me. She was just trying to get rid of me by saying she tried to call and I had to wait 30 mins or more to just paint my hands.

Everyone at the salon is so kind and welcoming. Shannon is an absolute gem and truly loves what she does, and is incredible at what she does. I have never felt more beautiful leaving a salon and I am grateful to have found her business. You must book with her asap!
