We met Nicole at an open house. Her professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness with offering advice despite the fact that we werent her clients made both of us wish we had an agent like her. I was so lucky to be connected to Nicole and have her as my realtor. I live in California and was suddenly put in charge of selling a family member's home in New Jersey after they passed away. Nicole Carrera is the real estate dream team. She went above and beyond trying to find me a rental. When I looked into buying and realized that was the route I was taking, I knew I was going to contact Nicole to be my agent as she would definitely be looking out for me and what I wanted and needed. Nicole listened to me and explained everything I needed to know as this was my first time buying a house. When it came time to putting in an offer, Nicole knew exactly what she was doing. She is very intelligent and put together how long home was on the market, the price drop previous and knew I should not go up on offer. We stood firm and offer was accepted! I was amazed at her attention to detail and her research which saved me alot of money when the easy route would be to just up the offer to be "safe". Nicole did her homework and protected me. She led me through every step of the way down to the closing which only took less than two months on a bank owned property!! Her references on inspections and mortgage brokers were A+, and together they got the deal closed all in my favor. I could not be happier in my new home and I owe it all to Nicole's intelligence, research, due diligence, determination and truly caring about me.
