From the moment I called this company until the very end of the job, this company and their service technicians were amazing. Barry, Doug, Mike, "Big Al" and Robert were all professional, proficient, reliable, punctual, and were all around great to deal with. They replaced my sewer line as well as did a pipe replacement for my sumpump. Excellent work by great guys! I will definently be a customer for life! Fantastic service! Very professional & courteous. Technician Kevin Post & his helper Alex went above & beyond what they needed to do to complete the job. Even reconnected the pipe for my hose that he didn't have to fix. Very satisfied. Made a bad situation tolerable. They're going to be my go to company! I recommend them highly! I waited until the whole process was complete before writing a review. I can't tell you how happy I am with the service i received from Guaranteed Service. I wish i could give you ten stars. I called on Monday because my unit would not kick on, Lauren and Danielle were able to schedule me an appointment that day. Joe came out, 30 minutes before he arrived i received an email and text message with his picture and information (I thought this was such a great feature) ten minutes before he arrived he called me. He found the issue and then discovered an even worst issue with my unit, the heat exchange had several severe cracks the system was basically ruined. Joe got on the phone with the office and was able to get Tim to come visit and gave me an estimate on a new unit. They took care of everything!! Yesterday Brian and Jason came and installed my new unit, clean, professional, and courteous. Having a 1 year old boy and a 4 year old girl, getting heat in the house before the twenty degree weather started was priority. I can't believe how wonderful this whole experience was.
