Manasquan Glass, Mirror & Shower Doors

I recently had custom shower doors installed, but I'm dissatisfied with the outcome. There's a noticeable leak on one side, and the glass door is raised with a gap. Upon contacting Manasquan Glass, they acknowledged a missing part and assured me they'd order and install it as well as fix the leak. I took time off work for them to come make the necessary repairs, but the scheduled fix was a no-show due to their truck breaking down. Despite multiple attempts, I've received no callback.

Unprofessional. Promises of estimates with no response. I had asked for a custom piece to be repaired and drove quite a distance to this well reviewed shop. I was told to wait for an estimate which never came even after I called to follow up. I had to go in and reclaim my item because I was afraid it would be "lost". Honestly they have a D+ with Better Business Bureau and it shows.
