As a person that works in healthcare that often deals with many senior referral agencies. It was refreshing to work with Kupuna Consulting. This organization truly listens to the needs and wants of their clients. I see so many times an referral company that just throws out names of communities to a family and they go on a wild goose chase to find a healthcare community. The gentleman from Kupuna takes his time with the family and "listens" their needs and then matches them appropriately to the right assisted living and/or care facility. The best part is that they will accompany the family and make sure that they are asking the right questions and assisting to steer the conversation during the onsite visit to obtain the answers to their important questions. When finding the right community for your parents there are so many aspects to consider. Cost, care and location and does it fit work for your loved one. I am comfortable saying that this organization will do their best to match your needs with the right community.
