Courtnee was referred to us by a neighbor who has been using her services for the past two years. We were in need of a new sitter for our sweet Dexter, and Courtnee stepped up! Courtnee is extremely professional, knowledgeable and most important my little man is cared for while we are at work. She makes us feel at ease knowing Dexter is in great hands. Courtnee sends updates during the visit, and communicates quickly on future scheduled visits. We are so thankful we found Courtnee! I highly recommend her services.

It was my puppys first boarding experience and Courtnee made him feel welcome and safe. She was sending texts, pictures and videos with updates which made our vacation so much better and more relaxing. I would definitely recommend Courtnee and her service to other dog owners.

DO NOT USE due to the lack of understanding - you will still be expected to pick up your pet after sitters agreed then un-agreed to watching a dog for longer and leaves you in a bad predicament. PLEASE READ FOR FULL STORY: Let me start off by saying that our dog was taken care of by Courtney and Candy (her mother) she came back clean and was not neglected in that sense. As far as we know. However this is what happened. We had originally planned to have Courtney watch our dog from Friday to Sunday (9 days total) - I decided I wanted to stay on vacation a bit longer so we **ASKED ahead of time** if they were able to keep our dog for an additional 4 days. We were told no at first then told yes when Courtney asked her mother to watch our dog (she is 11 months old turning a year old in December) so I changed my flight accordingly AFTER we were told YES. Less than 24 hours later Candy messaged me and said she was unable to watch the dog because she is too hyper and anxious and was having medical problems and unable to watch our dog. This is a dog sitter supposedly and should be used to caring for all types of dogs. Candy stated she usually doesnt take puppies (our dog is almost a year old, a few weeks short from a year old) because of the high energy of a puppy. You should also not commit to things and then change your mind suddenly. We thankfully had another wonderful dog sitter set up to take care of our dog from Monday to Thursday. Last minute this wonderful woman changed her plans for us after we explained to her what pawsome did. Courtney said our dog had to be picked up Sunday. We said fine and my fianc was going to pick her up. Sadly he got into a SERIOUS car accident on the way there. I sent Courtney photos of the accident to prove it happened and his car was badly damaged (now totaled) and he was taken by ambulance to the closest hospital. The only thing she cared about was the dog being picked up that night. She wished my fianc well but still the only thing she cared about was the dog being picked up for her next job tomorrow. ACCIDENTS HAPPEN. We had nobody except the new sitter who thankfully drove over an hour to get our dog - she offered after I explained my fianc got into an accident and we had nobody to get her. When our new sitter got there Courtney was refusing to give our dog over until she got paid. I HAD NO INTENTIONS ON NOT PAYING HER. She was paid within a few minutes of her texting me saying the new sitter was there to get our dog. She attempted to slander and defame me to the sitter who told me. Extremely unprofessional. Courtney and candy stated that our dog was so anxious and had separation anxiety meanwhile the new sitter said our dog is completely fine in her house with her dog with no issues on night 1. But dont worry they posted on social media how pleasant our dog was and how sad they were to see her go but yet said how anxious she was daily. I asked for these to be taken down as we never signed her contract allowing our dog to be posted. She did remove it. We also told Courtney NO RAWHIDE was to be given to our dog. When the other dog sitter picked up our dog there was a PIG EAR (which is rawhide) in the bags with our dogs belongings. She told us that she doesnt give rawhides to her dogs.then admitted in text messaging that it was from her mothers house. We also had a prescription for CHLOE which is COURTNEYS dog for gabapentin that was over 2 years old. This was also in our dogs bag as well. There are many other dog sitters out there that will be professional, go out of their way, understand things happen and not talk badly about you to others and not change their mind about watching your dog after agreeing to a longer stay.
