My identity was stolen in early 2023 & a fraud alert exists on my credit file. Now I'm getting emails from your company stating that Jacob & I applied for your services; yet I never have. Also, I do not even know a Jacob. Apparently you have my employment & signature on file too, per the details of your email. I live in PA, am not employed, & already own my own home. I have tried to contact the company to settle this inquiry before contacting authorities, yet I have not heard back.
