        Shady at best business practices, theyve held a deposit for over 10 business days now. They wont call me back to address the issue like the igh customer service line told me would happen. On top of I was basically called a liar and the charges were released when I stated that was incorrect I was hung up on. So basically whatever you do here dont tell these petulant little kids theyre wrong in any capacity.*****UPDATE ITS THE 29th and I stayed on the third. Still shows as pending charge from yall.

      Hello,I am one of the managers and am sorry to hear this. I can absolutely assure you that we in no way are holding a deposit from your credit card. We can send you over a copy of your folio to see that you were only charged for the room itself. When you were checked out, the $100 incidental hold was IMMEDIATELY released on our end, and the hold up on the guest's end depends on the bank and the type of credit/debit card being used. If you still see a hold on your card, we would suggest calling your bank as we are not holding any funds. Thank you.
