Ive been going to Katie for a couple years now and I wouldnt trust anyone else to cut my hair. She does the most amazing job and is such a sweetheart too. I was standing while getting my hair cut since it was so long, and started to get lightheaded (I have POTS). She immediately stopped, sat me down, and gave me her juice and snacks from her own lunchbox, and didnt even want to let me give her the money for what I ate. She let me chill until I felt okay. Since then, shes been so accommodating and thoughtful. Thanks Katie for being the absolute best

I am a very tough critic when it comes to hair and historically always leave a salon unhappy. Well that was true up until I started going to just braggin and seeing Katie. Katie always takes such great care of me and spends so much time making sure my expectations are exceeded. When I leave her chair I am without a doubt always ecstatic! Katie you are a true asset to JB!

Has a service with Rachel today for the first time and can I just say I am now going to be a permanent client of hers... I let her know that I was nervous to switch salons. She put that at ease very quickly. Not only did she take her time during the consultation and match the colors up with me in front of me and multiple times, She also listened to my concerns about how I hate a lot of blonde. I walked in with very overgrown. Yellow ballyage and left more brown with a very ashy tones. She made me feel like I was the only client. That the appointment was my time. She even recommended shampoos and conditioners, which I'll be going back for tomorrow. Rachel, I cannot express how grateful I am to have found you. I walked out that door actually happy.
