After paying 4 months up front, on the 5th month they raised my rental rate. They increased it another $100 more per month !!!!!!! I guess they figure "they got you" !!!!!

This place is clean. Storage space is expensive in general, this place is no different.. NJ tax is less than NY so a slight savings there ..
