I just wanted to say that all of the service reps and techs that Ive met are all super helpful, friendly, and informative. However, if you read my review below, I think that corporate has just set them up to fail with too few employees and too small of a facility for the scope and volume of work that they handle, but Rivian corporate seems to have a consistent tendency to over promise and under deliver.

Its clear that Rivian is only focused on optics, deliveries, and how things look to Wall Street. Deliveries are clearly the priority. For service, there are exceptionally long delays to get it scheduled, even safety related recalls. You can never speak to this location directly, you have to go through the general Rivian service assistance and 99% of the time they dont answer those agents either to get a direct answer, so they have to send a message to be responded to at a later date. Id like to think its growing pains, but theyve been open and delivering vehicles for almost two years now and it doesnt seem like its going to get any better.
