I met Francisco when I was looking to buy a primary residence. We had some very stringent requirements and so it was a very long search to find the "perfect" house. We had already worked with a few agents and felt that some of them were either too pushy, or just not interested past showing us the first few houses. Francisco was so patient and accommodating throughout the whole process, where at a time we were seeing multiple houses in many different towns every weekend. He would plan out all the times and optimal routes for us and make sure we made the best use of our time. And he also took detailed notes in each house and would send them over to us afterwards, as we were typically a large group with my two young sons and my parents - going to see each house. But throughout the whole lengthy process, he was very patient and we never felt rushed or pressured - which says a lot about Francisco's personality. But when we did have any questions, he was so quick and detailed in getting all information for us. He made the whole buying process so smooth, even though we were shopping through the pandemic, that I really wanted him to represent me in selling our old house. Which he did a FANTASTIC job at, and we had multiple offers within days of listing. Frank is very detail oriented and great at communication, between all parties. I can honestly say, he's like a good friend to me now. From recommending the best contractors, lawyers, mortgage lenders, etc, to making sure each aspect of the home buying / selling is done smoothly - Frank really goes above and beyond to help everyone. Now that we're settled in the new place, I'm actually working with Frank to buy some investment properties and I would highly highly recommend him to anyone. He's the absolute best to work with!

I have worked with Frankie on real estate transactions for nearly two years. He is extremely knowledgeable and responsive when it comes to his clients. I have had the opportunity to represent Frankie's clients and see first hand his ability to communicate with not only the clients, but with the opposing side of a transaction. This is very beneficial when it comes to having a smooth transaction for everyone involved. Communication is key in real estate and Frankie is one of the best in keeping all lines of communication open for clients, realtors, and attorneys! If you are a buyer and you have questions regarding an inspection issue, then just know that Frankie will be on the phone with the inspector asking questions until everyone understands the issues being raised. If he does not know the answer, then a licensed professional will be the next call he makes in order to make sure his clients fully understand the issue at hand and feel comfortable moving forward with the transaction. I highly recommend Frankie to anyone looking to purchase or sell their home!
