Update: Thank you again Maria for another wonderful job! We are very happy to have found you! Miles is very happy and so are we! Maria did an excellent job on our puppy Miles. She has groomed him twice so far. He looks great and seems to be happy when he comes home. They are much more reasonably priced than mobile groomers we have used in the past (he is groomed in person). I saw another review about people not wearing masks. That was not the case when we went in. They have always worn wasks.

Called to make a first grooming appointment and was told they wouldn't take my dog because he's not on a regular grooming schedule and he's too old. What?! He's 14, but (of course) continues to need grooming. And he was groomed about 2 months ago, in another location, and isn't overly long, etc. Unacceptable.

I am so impressed by elite pet spa, and theyve gained a loyal client! I was looking for a groomer that really knew my breed (poodle), and they were the perfect choice. I had a great chat with the lady at the front on both pickup and drop off about her and her familys poodles and the experience with poodles from everyone there, and it all made me very confident with leaving my poodle in their knowledgeable hands. They were so kind and accommodating when I was running behind for my appointment, which I sincerely appreciate as I know it can put the groomers day behind. They listened to exactly how I wanted him done and they did a fabulous job, he turned out beyond my expectations. I am so impressed with my entire experience, I feel lucky to have found this great groomer. Every poodle owner knows a good groomer is worth their weight in gold! My dog was also affectionate with the staff and very comfortable with them handling him, and I can tell they treated him well because he wanted more cuddles before he left! He wasnt nervous by his experience at all. Arthur cant wait to see you next time!
