Philip ALWAYS does a fabulous job on my hair- I feel beautiful and confident. He is available evenings and both weekend days so I can go when I have free time. I highly recommend Swans&Stallions for anyone who wants great hair and great service.

        When you find a great stylist, you follow them around. I have going to Philip for close to 10 yrs. Fantastic to see that he has his own space now.

        I was a several time customer that will be going elsewhere now. Ive never cancelled an appointment ever. One time I had to bring my sister to the hospital for heart issues and explained this but was still charged 50% of the service. He is kind in person but hopefully he adjusts his policies and offers more sympathy to clients moving forward. Be wary of places who take your credit card info on file too.

        I am really sorry you feel this way. I hope all went well with your sister. I am sure you understand there is a policy in place because time is money.There are circumstances were the policy will be waived for customers when asked.When you texted me today about canceling you spoke of the policy and was ok and understanding that I was charging you under this policy. You did not explain the situation as to why you had to cancel and you never asked for a waiver. Communication is key.I do hope that you find a place that will work for you. Best of luck.
