Had a wonderful experience here having a memorial service for my dad who had recently passed. Victoria was amazing, always there to answer all questions and provide any assistance needed. She did a phenomenal job making our video and help set up the military honors. What ever we asked for she was there, always caring and compassionate, would definitely recommend.

Madison Memorial Home truly deserves more than 5 stars! My family is immensely grateful to Doug and his team, including Victoria and Michael, for their exceptional support during the challenging time of losing my beloved mother-in-law. They exceeded our expectations, anticipating our needs and guiding us with kindness through the process of planning the wake, funeral services etc. Doug's compassion, personability, and efficiency were consistently evident, and the attention to detail reflected true professionalism. It truly is a sanctuary offering solace and ensuring a memorable closure for loved ones.

If you are looking for a funeral home in the Chatham, Madison or Florham Park area look no further than the Madison Memorial Home on Main Street in Madison NJ. The care, service and professionalism of Doug, Victoria and his staff are exceptional! They take care of every detail from composing a memorial video for you to making sure there is a police escort to the church. Plus the inside of the home is remarkable. Not dark or damp, but clean, fresh and has windows. Our experience of having my father's wake has been a wonderful memory instead of a sad memory. I feel Doug and his staff went above and beyond to make sure the services were perfect. My Dad, Josef Winkler would of been very proud and pleased that we chose this memorial home to have his services. We just paid our respects to my father and Madison Memorial earned 5++ stars based on the following aspects: the Proprietor Doug and staff (empathetic, compassionate, communicative, accommodating), the Process (efficient, considerate of my family's particular and sometimes shifting needs), the Pricing (transparent and fair), and the Place (lots of parking, and beautiful, well-maintained interiors). They also hold only one service at a time, so complete focus is on you and your loved ones. And lastly, the military honors given by the US Navy and live bugler (who was spectacular) - their presentation was precise, somber, respectful, stirring and truly unforgettable. On behalf of Ruben's family and friends, I want to thank Doug and his staff for honoring my father in the best way imaginable.

We lost Dad 15 yrs ago and the previous owner/team at Madison Memorial Home did a great job. We lost Mom 6/17/23 and Doug and his team took amazing care of us! I can't think of anything that could have been executed better. From compassion and empathy, to options and time to decide. All the arrangements with Church, cemetery, police escorts! We were also recently part of a bereavement gathering and this experience was helpful and thoughtful. God bless you and all you continue to do, helping families take care of their loved ones.
