Dr. Vitarelli is the best dentist around! She is patient, kind and actively listens to her patient's concerns. I always leave her dentist office feeling very cared for and satisfied with the work that she does! Highly recommend giving Dr. Vitarelli's office a call to make an appointment!

Weve have been seeing Dr. Vitarelli for years now, and she has been such a reliable dentist. Every time we go to get our teeth looked at, she is very kind and caring. My family and I have never had a bad experience with her. Highly recommend her as your dentist

Ive been coming here for probably close to a decade! Always a positive experience. Dr. Vitarelli is so kind and super knowledgeable. She makes every effort to accommodate a busy schedule, and you can tell she really cares.

Wow!! Simply wow. Dr. Vitarelli and her staff are incredible! Personalized care, attention to detail and gentled natured. She is incredibly informative and explains what she plans on doing before doing it. All reasons why I travel from Philadelphia to visit.

I had a concerning experience with Jennifer Vitarelli and office staff that I feel compelled to share.
My family have been patients of her Madison office for 8 years, in fact our kids went to preschool together , which was how we met.
I have always had great interactions with her, which was why I have my whole family transition over to her practice.
Since our last visit in October 2023, I have informed Dr. Vitarelli that my family insurance may be changing. During this visit, I had a question regarding my sons brace that needed attention. She said she would get back to me after she contacted the representative for this device. I have always received a response in a timely matter with no issues. After 2 weeks, my sons dental issue worsened and I tried to contact her with no reply. This was strange since she has always been responsive. I tried contacting her office several more times (October- January) until she had her front desk from Saddler River return my call- Ann. She informed me that Jennifer Vitarelli has not heard back from the representative although its been 3 months.
When I inquired about the lack of communication- Anns response was Dr. Vitarelli has 2 offices that she tends to and is really busy. I was appalled with her attitude as this has never happened before.
During the last visit, I recall inquiring about some unfamiliar procedures that were billed to my insurance, but didnt recall any of it being done for myself or family.
She has been our family dentist for over 8 years; since my kids were babies. Our visits and interactions have always been positive. I can not think of why all of a sudden she was so dismissive.
Unfortunately, there were issues related to insurance that need to be addressed.
-upon reviewing all of the previous EOBs from my insurance, there have been instances that raised suspicion of insurance irregularities. I recommend patients to thoroughly review their billing statements/EOBs.
I had an upcoming appointment for my family of four in 2 days. Ann from the office just called to cancel my appointment with the reasoning of Dr. Vitarelli is having issues and we wont be able to reschedule you until further notice when I inquired about time frame of rescheduling, she responded with I dont know when she will have any appointments for you.
I believe transparency and better communication is needed. I am in dismay with the way this was handled. Completely disappointed at Jennifer Vitarelli and staff.
