We had a wonderful experience at this branch (Madison). We felt like we were dealing with someone who really knows what he is doing- Gevin Robertson is the superstar, I am referring to. When you are new to a country you want your settling experience to be hassle free as much as possible, and thats what we felt at this branch with this young man! Highly highly recommend if you are looking for someone who goes above and beyond!

I know that there are rules in establishments for a reason. But exceptions can obviously be made. Last week, I as a pregnant patron, asked to use the restroom. The branch was empty so I asked a woman sitting In her office. She said the bathroom door said for employees only on it. Didnt budge or say anything else. I really expected better customer service as a chase customer for the past 10 years. I left just disappointed in humanity and especially chase :/

Amazing client service during covid19. Walked in to the Madison Chase and was helped by the Branch Manager David. Grateful to all branch employees who come in everyday!
