Rose Hall Apartments

Supplement- I lived here, moved away and now Im back. So happy I did. I just cant say enough good things about Rose Hall and more specifically Veronica! So much more than a building/apt manger So helpful, so kind and gets things done! Like I said before, a great place to live and Veronica reflects the warm and friendly spirit of this place. Also a big shout out to Admir and Oscar. Talk about professional and responsive! And great guys too! Thank you so much! A great place to live! The units are modern and the grounds are kept immaculate. The pool is beautiful. Everyone is so friendly, neighbors and staff alike. The building manager Veronica is absolutely the best. She's in her office on-premises all the time and is so kind and accommodating. Feels almost like family. The maintenance staff are also great... friendly and helpful.

Just a perfect property. Veronica, the office manager, is simply the best. Kind, thoughtful, and unbelievably helpful. The maintenance staff is willing to help with anything, all the time, and the facilities, including a pool, exercise room, and on site parking are all first rate. Easy walking distance into cute, historic Madison, and gorgeous apartment units. We could not ask for more!

Rate 10/10 - We moved to Rose Hall from NYC and we can't say enough good things about this place! If something breaks, Admir and Oscar are there to make it right. The property manager, Veronica, truly cares about her residents! We have zero complaints thus far :) The location is also fabulous, being downtown and close to it all!

I have been exceeding happy both with the complex as well as the management team of Veronica, Admere and Oscar. Recently they went out of their way to assist me with a move from apartment 407 to 423. I cannot say enough in regards to the physical support of Abmere and Oscar as due to physical limitations, I was unable to move many items. They offered without hesitation and were very pleasant to work with. Veronica has gone out of her way to make the process easy as she has assisted me with the paperwork and has been so very supportive in arranging the move dates. She too is a great asset to this complex.

These apartments are great in a very convenient location close to a station. Veronica, the property manager, is always supportive, responsive, professional and wonderful. She always smiles. Kamil, the maintenance manager, is friendly and quick to resolve any issues at any time. We had to relocate to California but we have loved this place and we miss them all.
