    monika is a delight. she really knows her stuff & is a pleasure to work with. my flowers on my wedding day in june were PERFECT! gorgeous bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres, plus she did flowers and greenery for our tables, cake, seating chart, and wedding arch. they absolutely exceeded my expectations and were a very reasonable price. if you are in northwest jersey and in need of a wedding florist, fleurs divine is the way to go!!

    Monika did a great job with our flowers for my wedding last week! We had an arch with two large flower arrangements, about six bouquets and boutineers each, some flowers for some aisle seats, and ivy for our centerpieces that we supplied. Everything was full and gorgeous, showing off our colors of white, cream, green, and red, as we had asked. My wife accidentally had left her bouquet behind, but our bridal attendant had it placed in a vase with water and left it outside with our decorations to pick up the next day. The thing still looked pristine despite being outside in the July heat all night and morning. For what we asked and how everything looked, we thought the flowers were very affordable, and we are very satisfied.

    FAKE FLOWERS, REAL REVIEW!!! I hate to do this, but I would never recommend Fleurs Divine. I hate long reviews but I feel like I need to share my experience in hopes it helps other brides. I was SHOCKED to discover that there were FAKE flowers in my bouquet! I gave Monika the benefit of the doubt even though many brides who used her at DCI had warned us about her. I was constantly reaching out to get answers and updates. In our initial meeting I shared photos and examples of what I wanted and followed up with a detailed email since she did not provide me with an invoice. I paid cash deposit the day we met and the receipt was a ripped piece of paper. Yes, thats right. Not a form, receipt or contract - just a plain white piece of paper. Im a project manager by trade and am very detail oriented so I made sure to reiterate my order in email to ensure it was documented. I had to follow up a few times in order to get an invoice (which essentially was the order listed in an email - no forms or docs). When we first met, we were unsure of what decor we wanted for the ceremony but was told we had a while to decide since we booked a year in advance. Once we decided, I followed up a few months after specifically asking for a floral arch with flowers up top on both sides (top portion only) because I didnt see the point of having flowers on the lower half of the arch since theyre usually covered by the bride or bridal party who are standing right in front of it. I emailed an example of an arch that Monika had recently created as inspiration and made sure to call out the placement of the florals. I had to follow up multiple times to get confirmation of receipt of the email and what the new quote would be. Day of, I was upset to see that the flowers were not placed like I requested. I pointed it out to someone on her team and they were aloof. I decided to let it go because I didnt want to let it ruin my day. I also shared an image of what I had envisioned for the cake and centerpieces and was so shocked with what appeared day of. Again, I let it go because it was too late to do anything about it and didnt want to let it ruin my day. But the flowers were nothing like the image of the cake and were a different color from my whole color scheme. Our colors for floral were white flowers and greenery & eucalyptus. The flowers on the cake had peach tones in them which I hated and no eucalyptus to be found in the centerpiece. The last straw for me, was when I discovered the fake flowers in my bouquet!!! It was extremely heartbreaking! I completely understand the pandemic has affected many things - supply chain, shortages and many parts of businesses. But what I dont expect is the pandemic to affect customer service. I saw Monika a few days prior to the wedding to drop off decor for the center pieces and she never mentioned anything to me. This bad review could have been avoided if she communicated with me that the flowers I specifically requested were not available. If she was honest and presented me with options, I wouldve been happy to select another flower or even maybe approve the fake flower. The lack of professionalism and communication left a very sour taste in my mouth.
