        Ordered character grade red oak. Wanted longer boards which is why we went to them. Floors got installed and to my disdane many were very short. A lot under 18" which i hate. I talked to Mr. Defaria who immediately offered to come, rip it all out and replace. Integrity like that is rare!!! I said no for now, we got it sealed, stained and two coats of varithane......now i love it. You can't go wrong with these guys. I don't have any photos to share but eat your heart out gorgeous!!!
