Beach House Retreats on LBI, NJ

The house has everything you want and more. Amazing time and the hosts were amazing .

This house is great! Our family of 12 adults and 6 kids fit very comfortably! Being just steps from the beach was amazing and the views from the rooftop deck were great! The living room held many of us and the long dining table was great for ordering or cooking in and being connected to the living room (it allowed us all to congregate together). The upstairs living room gave us an extra space to house the early riser kiddies! We were skeptical of renting a home with owners living on the premises, but they were great! We didnt even know they were there unless we had a question, to which they were very responsive.

Amazing house! Spacious and clean. Perfect location to the beach with chairs for the renters to use. Plenty of parking. Hot tub on the roof with a beautiful view of the beach and sunset. Tom and Mary Ann were great hosts. Would absolutely recommend this house for your next stay on LBI!

I spent a week at this rental for a week in June with 11 family members, with an additional 4-6 for meals. It easily accommodated us. The extra-large table allowed us all to sit together for meals which was a bonus! The kitchen was very well equipped and the oven easily handled cooking for a large crowd. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable. The place was very clean and nicely decorated in beach decor. I especially liked the photos of sunrises and sunsets taken by the owner. I especially liked how close it is to beach, making it easier to take kids back to use the bathroom. The owners were friendly and had suggestions for things to do and where to go. They even had a large binder with information about the island and what to do. I highly recommend this house if you have a large group. We look forward to returning next year.

We had an incredibly relaxing winter weekend at the beach staying on the first floor of this three story home. We were a group of 4 and one of my friends also had her dogs for one night. The home is pet friendly but with a pet fee of 200.00. The home was clean and had a fantastically stocked kitchen with a beautiful state of the art oven. The kitchen had labels on every cabinet and drawer to detail the contents which made everything much easier. The fireplace was warm and cozy and easy to operate with the flip of a lightswitch. Three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms was also a great benefit for our group. The best part each night was climbing the stairs out back to the rooftop for a soak in a perfectly heated hot tub which is available for use until 10pm but we were able to stay a little longer one of the nights as we were careful to be quiet at that time. It was nice to soak in the tub and hear the ocean in the distance. Great view of the LBI bridge too. Our hosts were staying on the top floor but we felt every ounce of privacy on the first floor. They were very kind and friendly but not intrusive and even left us delicious crumb cake from Wally's one of the mornings on the front bench. Any questions I had, the owner was very responsive and got back to me via text right away.
