        The incompetence of the staff is unreal. I just waited 20 minutes for the pharmacy department to figure out how to apply a discount card to my script. Ive had this done successfully at the now closed Hackensack Duane Reed within a minute. I decided my time was worth more than $30 and left paying full price.

        Called to move prescription to a different location and was put on hold about 4 times eventually hung up 0/10 highly dont recommend

        my friend and I will never go to the Walgreens in Lodi again. I am not the patient but my friend needed insulin and; Walgreens didn't have it, Walgreens didn't call her to tell her they didn't have it Walgreens would have it by tomorrow which, in the case of insulin, is not acceptable. and Walgreens refused to help by calling other Walgreens in the area. We went to Walmart in Teterboro instead and had much better experience and highly suggest going there instead of a place that treats you like an inconvenience.
