Secretary on the phone was very cold and hung up the phone in a very nasty way. I usually don't look for mental help and now I understand why most people don't. I feel worse now than before I called. It takes a lot for me to look for help but poorly trained secretaries make matters worse when they treat potential patients in such cold way. No wonder there's such a mental health crisis in our country. I'm so disappointed.
