Where do I even begin with how grateful we are to April!? A 5 star review does not suffice. My family & I were introduced to April earlier this year via our close friends who also had an amazing experience with her & her team. From our first texts and our buyer consultation, she was nothing but welcoming, warm, confident and someone you knew you wanted to be in charge of your first home buying process. I was nervous for our consultation because I knew we were asking A LOT with both selling and buying properties with only a few months before needing to be out of our rental, but April made it feel seamless. We used her entire team and couldnt have made a better decision in doing so. They are all people that truly love what they do and make it known that they love it, and that is so rare to find today. We had a lot of laughs and fun along the way despite the stressors that presented themselves as they always do throughout the process of buying a home. Now its just a few months later and we are winding down on a Sunday night in our beautiful home and couldnt be happier. Thank you April & team for making our dream a reality!

April is a realtor rockstar - we were so blessed to be referred to her by a friend of ours. Not only is she experienced, she is also kind, understanding, and has a great sense of humor when times get tough. She truly becomes your friend and confidant throughout the entire home buying experience. We spent 5 months with April almost every Sunday looking at homes before we found our perfect one - she never faltered. April is the best realtor out there, hands down. Our apartment lease was ending so we were working on an extremely tight timeline, and we knew we wanted to work with her based on her knowledge of North Jersey, her know-how of the tough market, and her ability to move quickly and efficiently on our behalf. We reached out to her and had a full day of showings booked that weekend. We put in an offer during the day of our showings and our offer was accepted 24 hours later thanks to April and her team's abilities. From offer to closing, April and her team were constantly available for any and all questions we had, were organized, and ensured that we were set up for success for closing -- and we closed in just a month, in time for our lease to end. I truly would not work with any other Realtor and I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. As first time home owners, the process can be extremely daunting, but April made it as easy (and fun!) as possible. So grateful that we found her to get us into our first home in this extremely competitive market!
