A millennials dream of being a homeowner has been fulfilled. Thank you Marsha. Marsha Washington is honestly the BEST Real Estate Agent I have ever had. She also has worked with my Father, and my late mother in getting their home as well. I am 36 years old and i was very much struggling to find my very first house, and I felt that my hope of getting a house would never happen. My late mother found me a house that would be great for me, my dog and a potential partner/family in my future days. Marsha was extremely kind, patient, polite, informative, and very encouraging me to get this house. She had suggested the bid I should do for the home, and told me to go with what she suggests and explained what the other bids would be if i didn't, and i would miss my opportunity. I went with her suggestion and I was able to beat out 5 other potential buyers for the home. She was able to guide me with the Mortgage process, was able to help me find a lawyer that would be able to negotiate the inspections, the exact down payment i would need, and what she would be able to do so that way I would stay locked in for the day of the closing. I took her advice 100% and everything went smoothly for this step. she had helped explain the entire process with me, and my bank lender. The bank was exactly as she said and my down payment, my credit rating, my career standing were all approved. I would not only recommend Marsha for just discussing about buying, but for ANYONE whom wants to buy their first home? Especially in a state such as NJ where yes everything is higher in expense. I will say this now: Marsha is your go to 100%. No questions asked. She helped myself- a 36 millennials dream come true after so many years of hard work pay off, and Honestly, if it wasn't for her? I wouldn't not be here right now. Experience is 10/10. 5 stars ALL OVER. She deserves to honestly be in the top 5 realtors of New Jersey or even the entire Tristate area.

Our experience with Five Star Real Estate Winner Extraordinaire, and Essex County Top Real Estate Agent for 2020-2023, Marsha Bowen Washington, was a blur. Thats why, without any hesitation, we contacted her again when we wanted to sell our house to relocate. We knew that she would be dedicated to selling our home in a timely manner and that the entire process, with all its integral steps, would be seamless. She would work tirelessly on our behalf. And we were right! Now fast-forward to 2023. Our target date for the sale of our house was early summer; we were confident it would happen with her solid expertise and without any drama. We knew she would fully guide and educate us in our new journey as home sellers. We even accepted that Ms. Bowen Washington was going to be a dual agent, which we had felt would only strengthen her commitment to us and the buyer. That would later come to be a strong factor. The other factor in this experience was her planned vacation. Even the best realtors must take some time off to regroup, refresh, and be ready for the next challenge. No one could have foreseen the many challenges ahead for the buyer and for us! Getting initial approval early on, which was the case for the buyer and for us, is not enough for some lenders. There were administrative and other delays on the buyers lenders side that continued to hamper steady progress. Knowing Ms. Bowen Washington, she was enjoying her vacation but only a pulse away from keeping abreast of any lender developments. How did we know? Our Virginia realtor, also with Coldwell Banker, was in touch with her and working as a team member too. That is why Ms. Bowen Washington was such a force upon her return from vacation. We had no idea how much knowledge of finance realtors had until we saw the results of Ms. Bowen Washingtons actions. If it had not been for her amazing efforts to give advice on the finance component and achieve results, we genuinely believe there would not have been a successful closing. Besides her knowledge of finance, the one thing that she does that other agents do not always do is solve problems. Throughout it all, she was patient yet firm, knowledgeable and resourceful, strategic and determined. Ms. Bowen Washington is indeed a fighter. She fought for us, and we all won. We have asked the question before: Does she ever sleep? We now know for sure that Marsha Bowen Washington eats, drinks, and sleeps real estate and is a force to be reckoned with in the ever-changing world of home buying and selling.

I would strongly recommend Marsha Bowen Washington as your real estate broker if you are in need of a knowledgeable, highly professional and caring agent. Marsha was invaluable in helping us navigate through the very difficult process of selling our home. Marsha was able to direct us through the challenge of selling our home with an underground oil tank. Marsha understands the ins and outs of the industry and was a wealth of knowledge on the entire process. She was always available to answer our questions whenever we called. She directed us on what questions to ask our attorney and even gave us recommendations on contractors to use when we had some last minute repairs to do during the selling process. Marsha was able to keep us calm through a very difficult selling process and helped guide us through all areas of the sale.
