We had our house addition built by Luxe Grade Plus and the experience was very pleasant. This contractor is exceptionally well organized! The crew was nice and polite, very easy to talk to throughout the entire remodeling process. We love our new master suite, from estimate to completion everything was perfectly executed. I highly recommend this general contractor!

We were searching for a remodeling contractor because our store needed a thorough makeover. Luxe Grade Plus was recommended to us by a friend who had remodeled their bathroom using their services. Initially we thought they work only on residential projects but they were able to help with our commercial space. Everything was organized really quickly, and the finished product looks fantastic. We are incredibly happy! Look no farther if you require a reliable general contractor. These men completed the entire renovation in just two weeks, changing the flooring, creating new displays, designing a new store layout, and installing a wallpaper mural that we are all in love with! I would be pleased to suggest them to anyone.

Outstanding general contractor! The entire remodeling process was completed in a very timely manner and our kitchen looks amazing now! We had a very tight space in a 1950s build house so we hired them to open up the space. After tearing down two walls and installing a new header with supporting beams in the basement, our area feels twice as large as it was. The dining and living rooms are connected an an open concept by the stunning new flooring and kitchen. To finish the amazing job, every area was painted anew. Many thanks to Luce Grade Plus and Sash! Highly recommended contractor!

It was a great experience working with this general contractor. We hired Luxe Grade Plus to build an addition to our home,adding a master bedroom and bathroom. After getting a few quotes,their estimate was somewhere in between 2 others (not by far), they were all very close in price. However, what convinced us to go with them was the owner of this company. Sash is very knowledgeable and communication was great while we were planning the project. We originally wanted to hire an architect to design the layout and help with getting quotes from contractors, just to find out that the price was around 15-20% higher,(maybe the architect was adding commission). Sash helped design the layout and offered architectural services from an architect who works with them regularly, so it ended being a good deal. The process was pretty normal in getting the permits and once the job started everything was delivered as promised. Attention to detail was immaculate. The crew always maintained a clean job site, their framing was so neat. Add to this eye Sash has for interior design. Selecting the tile, adding trim work, installing an amazing wall mural in our bedroom.
100% satisfied.
Throughout the whole time, you just get the feeling you are dealing with an experienced contractor. Also, the warranty they offer is an additional peace of mind .

What can we say other than WE LOVE LUXE GRADE PLUS!!
If you are looking for a seamless experience with a general contractor, than look no further. LUXE GRADE PLUS brings such a noticeable level of PROFESSIONALISM and EXPERIENCE plus they are loaded with so many contacts and resources they can create almost anything. Sash and his team created something so unique in our powder room that even now everyone that uses it ALWAYS has something to say about how amazing the space is.
We also had our bedroom done with this amazing paper that fills the room with perfect energy and LIFE
I cannot emphasise enough how amazing and DETAILED they are! Our new place will also be another opportunity to work with Luxe Grade Plus again ...and WE CAN'T WAIT to see what they come up with next!!!
