DIQQAH was extremely rude, not friendly at all ! She was training a new employee , which is unfortunate because she did not know how to do a return correctly. She is too inpatient and should not work in the store where new moms visit frequently . She hates her job and is not customer service material. I made a purchase with my BuybuyBaby MasterCard and she was unable to explain the details politely. Some items were 20% off and some was not. She did not make me aware and handed me my receipt and did not say have a good day or anything . She mumbled something to the new employee as I was leaving the store . I spoke to the manager, I hope she rectifies the situation . I will never shop here again , and will be closing my credit card. Target has cheaper items and a wider selection for most items .

Wonderful store! Tom was so helpful checking out and loading our car. Everyone was so knowledgeable and helped us make decisions when we felt overwhelmed!

I definitely recommend purchasing at this store. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable! For the second time Tom went above and beyond to help me and he saved me a lot of time and frustration. Hes the best!

The store has good items and sometimes great clearance items too. I gave this location a 3 because they are chronically very understaffed- it always takes a long to get checked out or seen at the registry desk despite there not being a lot of customers in the store. Agree with previous review where I have never seen more than 4 workers in the entire store (usually 1-2 at register and registry desk, and 2 around the store)Johnny, from the stroller department on the other hand, I would give a 5. He was very patient and knowledgeable; he  spent a lot of time with me as I considered many strollers and carseats. He explained to me certain differences and basics (as I am awaiting my first child and did not know a lot of things) and even told me of pending new releases for items I may want to return at a later time for.
