        I am so happy that I had met Dr. Perlman. I went to see Dr. Perlman because I needed emergency pain relief for a torn meniscus in my right knee. I was scheduled to have a minimally invasive procedure performed to remove my meniscus in another two weeks by an orthopedic surgeon and I just couldn't wait that long for pain relief. Dr. Perlman seemed very concerned when I brought this information to his attention. He asked me if I had ever heard of gel injections that lubricate and protect the joint and can relieve pain. I hadn't so he went on to see if I had any interest. When I heard that he experienced a lot of patients having success with this procedure, of course I was intrigued. Long story short I received 3 injections over a three week period by Dr. Perlman and honestly, I couldn't be any happier. It's only 1 week since completing my last injection and I seriously have zero pain. I am surprisingly right back to my normal routine. Very shocking considering I was having a hard time even going down a flight of stairs when we had first met. Besides being a smart doctor with a great personality (unlike a lot of other doctors), I am really grateful I took his advice and didn't go through with the meniscus repair/removal. If I would have gone through with that procedure, within ten years I would have most likely needed a knee replacement from all of the arthritis. Dr. Perlman I will definitely be posting this information on social media in hopes that you can help other people as well. Thanks and Happy Holidays.
