Dr. Garrick A. Cox, MD - Orthopedic Surgeon

Dr. Cox and his entire team are amazing! He performed surgeries on both of my shoulders. Dr. Cox took the time to explain the procedures and processes very thoroughly so that I understood exactly what was going on. Any time I had billing or scheduling questions, his team was extremely helpful and made the process very simple. Highly recommend!!!!!

I made an appointment over two weeks ago. At the time of booking, I gave my insurance information and everything was fine and they accepted both my primary and secondary insurance. The day of the appointment I get a phone call that my insurance isnt accepted and then they hung up on me. I called back to ask why I was turned down and also why the girl hung up. She said the doctor doesnt really take my secondary insurance and doesnt want to see me. I then asked why did she hang up and she denied it. They are the most UNPROFESSIONAL office Ive ever encountered. Needless to say, Im in excruciating pain because I have a fracture and two tears. They didnt care at all!

Dr. Cox is an exceptional orthopedic surgeon. From a detailed explanation of my labrum tear surgery to supportive post-op care, he made the situation seamless. His excellent communication skills and top-notch staff ensured a comforting experience. I highly recommend Dr. Cox for any orthopedic needs.

I had both shoulders operated on by Dr Garric Cox. My over all experience with Dr. G. Cox and staff at all four facilities I've visited were one in the same. The facilities were immaculate, the service, very professional. To tell you how well the operation was, unfortunately, I fell on the the arm that was most recently operated on. I was scheduled to return to work. The original surgery was intact. I have new injuries which have to be repaired. I am confident, I will be ok. I am having physical theraphy at present, I am getting better day by day. I recommend North Jersey Orthopedic Group 100% to any one who is in need of this service. Thank you Dr. Cox and your entire staff for my continued care. Greatly appreciate it. J. Flemming
