    The worst experience I have had with this dealer, I bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee car on February 2, the same day I took it out the car from the dealer was damaged. I didn't even drive it for a full day, fortunately I bought a guarantee...because as always they are not responsible, they don't care if you have given $7,000 down payment as was my case. Finally, after a month of spending the car at the mechanic, they delivered it to me.... and now that it has passed until this date, April 12, they have not yet given me the original plates of the car, every time I call to ask they say that the person in charge of the plates No, he hasn't come to work or is in a meeting, they are so incompetent that no one can solve the problem, the managers are for show, how is it possible that no one at that dealership has access to the license plate information? They have no professionalism at all, and the worst thing is when you come to want to buy the car, they are very attentive, they treat you very well, but after buying the car, if you need something, they don't care about it. NOOOO I RECOMMEND YOU GO TO THIS PLACE. If you don't want to have a bad experience and a big headache like I'm having. The worst experience I've had with this dealer, I purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee on February 2nd, the same day I drove it out of the dealer the CHECK ENGINE came on and it became damaged. I didn't even handle it for a full day but fortunately I bought the warranty with the vehicle...and they went a head and used my warranty to fix my purchased vehicle which it appeared like it was a scam and worst of all it It took them a month to fix it with their mechanic named Alex and also it made me lose so many days from work because of their bad service and irresponsibility towards the customer. These people don't care if one gave $7,000 down payment as it was my case. Finally, after a month of having the car in the mechanic, they handed it to me.... and now, after all this headache until this date April 12th, I'm still waiting for them to hand me my NJ license plates. Every week I call to ask for my plates they say that the person in charge of the license plates named Aranza is not here at work or is in a meeting, they are so incompetent that nobody can solve the problem, the managers are in adornment, how is it possible that nobody in that dealer has access to the information on the license plates??? They have no professionalism, because when you are buying the car they are the most attentive and they treat you very well but after buying the car if you need any help with the vehicle they do not solve or give any help or importance towards the customer. I DO NOT EVER WANT TO RECOMMEND THIS INCOMPETENT DEALER TO ANYONE.
