    I m somewhat satisfied, I did get good customer service when first applied, my other insurance was cancelled due payment not received during pandemic but representative talked me into buying insurance just day before hurricane Ida hit. I so grateful for that conversation.

    When it comes to cancelling your policy be warned. They will not only disregard any documentation that is sent to them about cancelling, but they will also feel the need to charge your credit card after removing it from making payments to your account. Very irresponsible, and very disrespectful service here. I will never use this company again specifically because of this. Its one thing to have your staff give false information about policies and how things work, (which already is a big red flag) but its another thing to try and manipulate people into keeping a policy that theyve done everything to cancel just to continue to charge a card that was removed from the account and policy all together. Because my new policy doesnt have the same exact coverage as my previous policy he thought it would be okay to keep this policy going after being specifically asked to cancel all policies on my account and after me sending various documentation to this broker. Im getting 6 calls a day about paying for a policy that Ive cancelled. Voicemails on my phone left from people chewing on their food, coughing, and nothing but sounds all asking me to pay for a policy Ive cancelled. On top of them charging my card for another reason?? Absolutely ridiculous. And when you do reach out apparently no legal document can be used as proof of cancellation. Instead you will have to call them, verbally let them know. Then email them, give them your declaration page of the new policy you have who sent them the cancellation information already, make it aware that you are cancelling again, write the dates, tell them to no longer contact you, and they will still charge your card for a policy that youve been trying cancel. In the end I had my new insurance send a personal email with the legal document regarding me cancelling my policy and had to call customer service for AllState to confirm cancellation and confirm my refund. Untrustworthy service.
