Ive called this place 3 times to schedule an oil change, tire rotation and service a recall. Every single time, they ask for my phone number, they tell me I dont have an account, I told them I didnt buy my jeep from them, but would like to do my service there. They forward me to some extension, it goes to voicemail and NO ONE calls back! Horrible Service!

Wow, I've never experienced this amount of unprofessional-ism in my life. I had a basic oil change done under the Jeep warranty a year ago. I dropped off the car at 830/9am and was told it would be a few hours and they would call when done. Didn't receive a cal and started calling them multiple times later in the afternoon and the service rep I was transferred to didn't pick up. I decided to go there in person since it was almost 5pm and I needed to pick up my kid from daycare. I was told the rep left early but the car was ready. I never received a phone call before he left for the day. I chalked it up that he forgot and left a negative review on their post service survey, stating that as the reason for the negative review. Come to my next scheduled oil change, I had scheduled 4 appointments all of which were cancelled within 48 hours. I kept calling to no answer or getting transferred to a rep who didn't pick up. Finally I got through to the rep who cancelled and told me "you leave us a bad review, we're not gonna service you" and hung up after I questioned this practice. Unreal, will never take my business there again.
