        They need to add a drive up teller. Dont bother going in the branch. It takes forever!!!! So slow here. Time is money people. No one has time to wait for you guys.

        If your skin complexion isnt light dont come here. Me and my brother waited for over 45 minutes to open a joint account, as they helped everyone else but us we waited and waited still nothing, when your a person of color they act like they dont see you trying to get their attention, one heavy set lady was suppose to ask someone to help us instead she proceed to help others, and I bet you can guess which skin complexion I mean by others. This is a damn shame. We waited patiently and respectfully just as everyone else did but I guess because were people of color our service dont matter as much, not to mention were in a town full of mostly light skinned people. If your white this the perfect bank for you, otherwise stay far away!!!
