        I have to say I truly enjoy my physical therapy sessions!!!! I was in tremendous pain when I first started my treatment. I am now almost painless. The staff is excellent and professional. The front desk is also excellent. I never have a problem making an appointment when needed. I am so glad my chiropractor recommended Joe DeRosa. I have recommended his practice to many of my friends. I wouldnt think of going anywhere where else! For the women who was not happy waiting 16 minutes for her appointment shes really missing out on a tremendous group of physical therapist.

        I had my first appt here at 11:00. By 11:20, I still had not been seen for evaluation so I told the receptionist I was leaving due to the appointment not being on time. The owner walked over, looking mad, and asked why I was leaving. I told him my appt was at 11 and it was 11:20 and I was tired of waiting. This irritated him and he condescendingly told me it's 11:16, not 11:20 (as if 4 minutes made a difference). When I saw his aggressive behavior, I really didn't want to stay. As I walked out, the owner SHOUTED, "I hope your next physical therapy location is on time". I just ignored his nasty comment and walked out the door. On a high note-the receptionists are very nice!!

        Great Explanations for why symptoms occur!!! Great protocol for getting rid of symptoms!!! Very Knowledgeable with assessment and priorities!!!!

        Joe and his terrific team do an excellent job with physical therapy! Although they are often busy, they do a good job of keeping things moving when you go there for an appointment. I have found the staff is be both kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend DeRosa to anyone in need of help!

      Nothing surprises me after 25 years in business. This negative review is due to a 16 Minute wait on this patients first day of therapy. I wasn’t given an opportunity to talk to her because she turned her back on me walked out. So, to the woman that left yesterday and left this review. I am truly sorry that you felt 16 minutes was an unreasonable amount of time to wait for your first physical therapy appointment. We tell all of our patients to expect 15 minutes of paperwork on their first visit prior to being seen. We work hard to run on schedule, we don’t overbook, and we value other people’s time. Most people reading this would think 16 minutes is extremely reasonable. I can only think you were already upset, having a bad day, or were bothered by something else. I’m a lifelong resident of this area running a small business and trying to provide for a family of 6. I rely on word of mouth and reviews to stay in business. I’m not an angry person, I’m not aggressive and I am not condescending. I’m not sure what you were trying to accomplish by writing a bad review other than to try and diminish my reputation and encourage people not to treat at my office. I wish you well and hope you find a place that can meet your time expectations. Maybe you’ll read this and re consider your review. Maybe even realize that you over reacted? Also, I asked my staff to mail your script back to you. Again good luck to you.
