Planning for Medicare, LLC

I contacted Robert with help for my Mother in Law as I thought her Insurance was not the best. Robert did a lot of work to help us but unfortunately she was not able to secure another plan. Her mistake was she had no advice when she secured the plan. If she had someone like Robert in her planning she would have been in a better plan. Robert was kind, knowledgeable and very prompt with answering questions. I would recommend Robert for your insurance, you will not be disappointed!

I contacted Robert early November to review our Medicare prescription plan and medigap insurance. He at first was very engaged. Helped us find new prescription plans. He kept putting us off regarding medical insurance. Told us the December deadline did not apply to health insurance, only prescription plan. Asked that we give him more time, he was busy, he had medical issues. Now we are into January. He tells me hell call and does not. Now he tells me because of medical issues it would be difficult to help us. ( high blood pressure and rheumatoid arthritis) . I dont understand why he has been dishonest, but the truth is, he wasted our time. Beware

Robert was very helpful answering my questions about Medicare. We scheduled an appointment for 3 months before my 65th birthday, he even showed me how I can compare Medicare Advantage, Medigap and Prescription Drug plans right from his website. Now I can relax knowing Robert with help me with any questions I have about Medicare. Im so glad I didnt try to do all of this on my own!
