They forget to add me to their files?!?... It took 31 days to receive a payment. Appa rently there's a problem again and I've emailed and left voicemail message's with zero responses.

Terrible customer service. They just transfer you to voicemail every time if/when they answer. They never return calls from voicemail. They constantly change the assigned adjuster which never returns call regardless. Their lack of response to dr offices caused a significant delay for a much needed surgical procedure. Took them 2 weeks to authorize an rx and still never called back to notify. Now in can even get an rx refilled without constantly calling. Unsatisfied would be an understatement.

One would seem it odd that this company has never had a google review but not surprising when part of their business is dealing with claims. So, let us change that... Quick background, I had a very unfortunate situation ergo coming in to contact with Ccmsi and certainly had my concerns over settling this matter. All things changed when Lillian contacted me. Her understanding, compassion to event was a complete shock, she allowed me to run through the details thoroughly and without interruption. Once finished Lillian asked for further details which I put together and provided over the next days. After that one quick email to confirm details and case closed. This is 1,000% not what I expected when answering the phone to start this matter. Thank you, Lillian, for your professionalism, Kindness and Understanding.
