Jason made a console cover for my boat in 11/23. I had to adjust the snaps. Was told it would stretch. Never did. I really wanted an enclosure and he told me in the Spring he would. Keep your word or just say I dont want to. Talked to him and his brother on the phone and was told I will stop by the boat etc. Ghosted and no calls returned.

Albert's hung our awnings for a few years and proved to be consistently unprofessional and unreliable. It was always a battle to have the awnings put up by Memorial Day and taken down and stored by Halloween. Any calls made to the office were always received by rude staff who threatened to drop us as customers, which they eventually did.

Jason did an amazing job on my boat canvas. He delivered on time and on budget. As a matter of fact, he showed up at my boat slip to make some adjustments just as he said he would. I am so pleased that I am using him to do my boat flooring and upholstery. Amazing service at more than reasonable prices.

I came into the shop to have my patio chair pillows repaired. I wanted to have the seams on the cushions repaired. I asked politely if he could do it in a week since I am leaving to take my elderly mom back to her home. He hesitated for a minute then rudely told me he was too busy and too take my cushions back. Was not interested in the job and told me so. He proceeded to dumb the four large chair cushions on the ground by my car and walked away. I was hurt and furious at the same time. This person should not deal with the public. The owner Jason was rude, unfriendly and basically NOT a nice human being. I wouldnt step foot in there again if he repaired it for FREE. People like him should not be in this business.
