Rude intake staff. The phlebotomist are usually professional thought I did witness this once Next doner please! Hey? You need me to hold your hand & walk you back?? Pay attention! They didnt respond as quickly as she wanted when she called them back. Intake is blatantly racist. They are rude every time. Ive had 1 nice intake. So unprofessional.

Staff spends more time chatting with each other than working. For your first visit expect a minimum 3 hour trip, and that was with only 1 person ahead of me. Second trip I waited 45 minutes in line just for check in because they let 2 people that spoke their language cut ahead of me in line. The staff's lack of focus is surpassed only by their lack of professionalism.

1st time donor here. Called center in Lindenwold, told me no appointment necessary. Walked in doors at 3:06pm. No one at reception area. I asked a guy sitting across the room what I'm supposed to do as a first time donor and he said sit over there pointing to his right. I sat down and waited patiently for 35 minutes. Got up and walked around the corner to a room down a short hallway. 2 women sat in there chatting. I asked if I was in the correct place bc no one greeted me yet. She said yes just sit out there and someone will be with you shortly. I sat back down in the same seat I waited in for the first 35 minutes. STILL WAITING.......now it's 4:15....been here for an hour and 10 minutes and have not spoken to a single person about donating my plasma yet....lmao....very poorly ran facility. They should pay their donors $500 for the "first time wasting their time" not $100 for their first time donating their plasma.
