Kessler Rehabilitation Center - Linden - South

The staff in Linden are great! The front desk lady is very polite and she works with you to get a schedule that works for you. She's always smiling which is calming when you are hurt coming in for therapy. The two therapist that are there both have great things about them but stands out the most is their compassion, their patience, their understanding of not just their job but how we the clients are dealing with our pain. I'm gonna miss them...

Everyone at this location is professional and cordial. The environment is very relaxing. Yanisse and Gregg were great. I love the ice machine.

I try therapy for my injuries first before surgery, like right now I'm going for therapy for my pinched nerve which contributed to a drop foot. Been going to Kessler for 4 weeks now foot is feeling a little bit better, but going to nerve doctor on Monday for check up on foot and I'm going to ask for another script so I can do more therapy. The team at Kessler 350 West St.George Ave in Linden are great .

I'm really not sure how to handle this review. I am writing this for my mom. Therapists are great. However, THREE years in a row, they have screwed up with billing. This year, they sent my mother to collections when she owes nothing. We all know they dont let you through the door for therapy without paying your copay. She writes checks every time. They told me the checks were returned from the bank. Um. No. Nothing was returned. They were paid, and we have canceled checks and statements to prove it. What is going on? Three and a half hours on the phone, and it still isn't settled. Oh, I forgot to mention, they were sending her bills to her street address, but with the WRONG town. When they checked her account, it said Linden. So why were bills going to Livingston??? If city would have been correct, it would have been straightened out with the first bill. Didn't they notice that USPS marked the bill "no such address" for Livingston? Why didn't they then look up the account and CORRECT it? Will edit this if/when things are fixed.
