This place is a nightmare. I came in to cash a check. The check was from the State of New Jersey. The teller stated that there was an issue with the check and to contact the issuer. I contacted the State of New Jersey and was told there was nothing wrong with the check and that it was good to cash or deposit. The next day I go to cash the check again and was told by the manager they will not take my check! I was beyond frustrated. I provided two forms of id as they requested, since I do not have an account with them. The check was drawn Wells Fargo, FROM THE STATE IF NEW JERSEY. They said I dont have an account either. I offered to open one today and deposit the check. The manger denied me and said the person to do that is not here right now. I saw several banking representatives sitting at their desk. I always have a great experience from Wells Fargo never any issues this bank is awesome

They gave me the wrong interest rate on a CD for 3 years. Tried keeping 2 % for themselves.
